Virtual Internships is excited to announce that Jillian Low will be attending The 18th Annual Forum on Education Abroad Conference on March 21-25 2022 in Chicago. Jillian is proud to be collaborating with the Study Abroad Association and DePaul University in a presentation entitled “In Reflection: What we’ve Learned about Online Global Learning and Sustainable Models for the Future”.

The theme this year: “Globally Interconnected: New Opportunities and the Challenge of Change” is particularly apt and we look forward to hearing our community members address the challenges they have faced and the methods and innovations they have used to overcome them. We are especially grateful to the university sponsors of this event:

  • IES Abroad
  • Northwestern University
  • University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
  • Grand Valley State University
  • Northern Kentucky University
  • Loyola University Chicago
  • Kalamazoo Chicago

We are keenly looking forward to hearing from the exceptional keynote speaker: Bill McKibben, as he discusses our impact on the environment and what we can do to help mitigate that and Ethan Rosenzweig, Assistant Secretary for Academic Programs Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.

If you are attending and would like to have a short meeting with Jillian, please set up a time here.

If you are unable to attend but would like to know more about how to offer game-changing internships to your students, please reach out to us here and set up an appointment with Deborah Morrison, Head of Partnerships for North & South America.
